Designed with individuals in mind the 30 day individual development program provides you with a structured program to gain the full benefits within your own working environment


We begin with a full days Live Real Training ® which will involve spending one full day with one of our experts in your working environment. For example this may include: shadowing whilst attending client meetings, mentoring in your office environment or being on site within your customer facing environment or a combination of all three! The choice is yours!


At the end of the live training day you will receive a detailed feedback session with the trainer and this will become the basis of your program to provide the maximum benefit to you.


Over the next four weeks you will follow the four stages of the program with the help of your designated trainer, you will also have unlimited access via telephone and email to your trainer during this period.
